Because we want your new website to be unique to your business, not all our websites look the same. You will be able to choose images and colours that suit your business. If choosing colours and images is not for you, you can leave it to our professional designers to choose an elegant and clean style for your site.
You will need to provide the text for your site, and we will guide you through this process with our Content Form. You may also provide images specific to your business; such as your logo, shopfront and/or interior photos, or portfolio images.

How to get a domain
The quote includes a free Shopify domain name that looks like this https://[your-business-name].myshopify.com.
If you would like a custom domain, these can be purchased from any domain provider. We recommend Crazy Domains.
Does the quote include hosting?
The quote does not include the cost of Shopify. Shopify plans start from US$14.44 per month (if paid yearly) and include secure website hosting.

What is needed to fill in the Content Form?
The Content Form is detailed as we want to know exactly how you want your new website to look. It includes questions about the style and colours you would like, as well as the text you would like included.
You will need to have:
- Your business logo
- Brand colours and fonts (if you have them)
- Images you wish to use
- Contact details
- Site text
- Links to your business social media accounts
You will receive a link to the Content Form once you pay the deposit.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we don’t believe in hidden costs.
You will have to pay:
- Our design fee (fill out the quote form to find out the exact amount)
- Shopify’s monthly (or yearly) costs, which include secure website hosting. See Shopify pricing
- Domain name annual fee (usually around $20 a year)
Optional extras that you may wish to purchase are:
- A premium Shopify theme
- Paid Shopify apps
- Extra domain names to protect your brand

Can I make changes to the site myself?
Yes! This is why we love Shopify.
Customers will be able to access the website builder and make changes themselves. Shopify is an intuitive platform that makes it easy to update text or images quickly. Shopify has a comprehensive Help Centre and Customer Support if you have any difficulties.
Can I choose my Shopify theme?
We work with a standard Shopify theme within this package. If you want to use a particular theme, please reach out to us. Our team has plenty of experience with a range of themes and apps.
Can you custom code my website?
This package does not cover custom coding. However, our experienced team can still help you, just reach out to us and let us know what you need.
Do I need to sign up for Shopify first?
No. We will build your website as a development store and then hand it over to you. At this point, you can decide what Shopify plan is best for you.
What SEO work is included?
We will set up your site with all the search engine optimisation fundamentals you need.
